About Become Healthy

We are Become Healthy and this is our first blog post. We are very happy and keen to find out what you think and what your opinion is! Why should you be interested about becoming healthy? We aim to help you and other people around the globe to become healthy individuals. Why do we want to help you? In short: we have experienced there are so many different diets, and none of them are actually healthy. Diets could help you lose weight, but making you healthy is a serious topic for discussion.

At first, we didn’t know what is healthy, nor what steps to take in order to get the health we wanted… It’s because the internet is full of junk. Copying an approach of a fitness model or health guru is often too general and not applied to your individual needs.  We established Become Healthy to help you individually!

Health and lifestyle are two different but closely related things. According to the World Health Organization: “health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity”. And an explanation to lifestyle is: “A way of living of individuals, families, and societies, which they manifest in coping with their physical, psychological, social, and economic environments on a day-to-day basis”.

The healthy lifestyle definition according to us is: A state of complete healthy physical, mental and social well-being of living individuals on a day to day basis

We want to teach you how to become healthy, by not offering some random diets, but by embracing a truly healthy lifestyle which requires some changes in your habits and ultimately, your life. Before that, we want to teach you basic principles.
